Our Auto ship & Save subscription ordering program
The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hair Cubed relating to our Auto ship program. Please note that your use of Haircubed website is also governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Haircubed.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order and enrolling in our Auto ship program, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.

Returned Payments
1. I understand that if my payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed, or reversed by my financial institution or card issuer for any reason, then Hair Cubed has the right to charge a returned item fee and to cancel my account from
The ARB option.
2. I understand my participation in ARB is subject to Hair Cubed approval.
3. Hair Cubed and participating financial institutions reserve the right to terminate my participation in this payment option at any time, as authorized by applicable law.
4. I understand that Hair Cubed does not impose a fee for participating in the ARB option.
Changes and Updates
From time to time, Hair Cubed may revise these Terms and Conditions. Hair Cubed will provide notice of such revisions by posting revisions to the website Announcements page or to the Account Manager. Material revisions to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective no sooner than 30 days after posting on the Haircubed website at www.haircubed.com if you do not agree to Hair Cubed revision(s), you must terminate your ARB enrollment immediately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use Auto Recruiting Billing after revisions are in effect, you accept and agree to all revisions.
Benefits
When you purchase any eligible product on Auto ship you will save to a lower prices. You also will be able to select how often you would like your product(s) delivered. Haircubed.com reserves the right to change Auto ship benefits at any time in its sole discretion, including discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions. Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, shipping charges.
Notifications; Automatic Order Creation
When you order an eligible product and enroll in Auto ship, you will receive notice that your Auto ship subscription has been created and that your first order will be processed. Your Auto ship subscription will thereafter automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel. Prior to the processing of each subsequent order, you will receive a notice including your estimated ship date.
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.
Eligible Purchases
Auto ship benefits are limited to eligible products displaying the "Auto ship & Save" and then only if you select the Auto ship delivery method. Eligible products are only available for shipping within US and CANADA Your participation in the Auto ship program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your Subscription or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorization.
All returns under Auto ship are subject to the Haircubed.com Return Policy. Auto ship subscriptions are void where prohibited.
Pricing; Payment; Renewal, Cancellation
The amount charged for an eligible product will be the price of that item on our site at the time your order is processed the total cost charged to your payment method for each Auto ship order will be the price of the item, less the Auto ship discount, plus shipping charges and sales tax.
Credit Card Update
You must update all changes to your checking/savings account or credit/debit card information by
Calling Haircubed at 818-754-0116 /800-719.1008 if you do not update your credit/debit card
Information and Haircubed is unable to charge your credit card or withdraw funds from your debit
Card, Checking account, or savings account for the amount due, Haircubed will no longer be
Responsible to send out any merchandise until changes to your account or credit/debit card are made.
Agreement Changes
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the haircubed.com website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. You’re CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
